Enzo Raimondo, REIV CEO, said: “The number of homes sold at auction this weekend passed the 10,000 barrier, with 277 homes sold, resulting in a clearance rate of 63 per cent, slightly below the year to date clearance rate of 66 per cent. There were 438 auctions held this weekend, with 277 sold and 161 passed in, 112 of those passed in on a vendor bid.”
