Weekly Auction & Private Sales Results

The welcome wet weather did not dampen demand in the weekend’s auction market with 63% of homes offered for auction selling. With the clearance rate being consistent with last weekend it would appear that decisions about the nations finances in the recent Federal and State budgets did not harm buyer confidence. 560 properties were offered at auction today with 279 selling and 207 being passed in. Numerically this is a result similar to this weekend in 2005 and 2006.TOTAL AUCTIONS
