Melbourne’s residential real estate market is going from strength to strength at the moment with the clearance rate reaching a very healthy 82 per cent today and 907 reports of private sales being received.
There were 667 auctions reported today of which 546 were sold and 121 passed in, 61 of those on a vendors bid.
Next weekend is a long one and has resulted in there being only 157 homes listed for auction.
