All maintence requests must be submitted in writing to Melanie Dennis Real Estate and for your conviencence all non ugent repairs and maintenance can be processed by completing the Maintenance Request Form below and either mail, fax or email your request to us.
Melanie Dennis Real Estate has systems in place to manage emergencies
after business hours. Our contact number for emergency requests is 0416 218 003 and we are authorised in most instances to deal with urgent repairs without having to obtain specific authority from the landlord.
