An industry veteran of 10 years, Melanie Dennis is a fully licensed Estate Agent, REIV Accredited Property Manager and Principal of Melanie Dennis Real Estate.

Beginning as a specialised agency in a two bedroom apartment whilst on maternity leave, Melanie Dennis Real Estate is now a team of full time staff, managing an extensive database of properties and people. Melanie is also on the REIV Property Management Chapter Committee and Chairperson of the Inner Melbourne Property Management Interest Group.

"I measure success in the amount of people I assist. Each time a new landlord entrusts their property to our care, I feel successful as we now have the opportunity to prove to them that we can make the process so much easier."

Melanie lives with husband Scott and two young children, Jackson and Ella. When she's not attending to her clients' needs she enjoys a Sunday sleep in, gardening and spending time with family and friends. While she would describe herself as passionate, professional and enthusiastic about her chosen profession, husband Scott would like to add 'workaholic' to the list.

Property Manager Nicole Spies has an impressive array of skills to offer MDRE's clients. Passionate about her career and those closest to her, Nicole loves working in real estate because of the regular contact with a wide variety of people. As such, she most enjoys going that extra step and helping to make life a little bit easier for MDRE's property owners and tenants.

Nicole and her partner are very keen to own their own home soon. However, her current experience as a renter means she is able to see all perspectives keenly when assisting in Property Management.

KATHERINE FAIRLIE

Trainee Property Manager, Katherine Fairlie, is the newest addition to our growing team. Having relocated from Adelaide, and moving from her Marketing background to pursue a career in Real Estate, Katherine has jumped head first into MDRE, training to become a Property Manager.

Katherine will be the friendly face awaiting your visit or call at the Reception desk, and will always be willing to go that little bit further to help you with your questions, so please ask.

Katherine and her partner are very excited about entering the property market themselves and are hoping to develop their own portfolio, which of course MDRE will help to manage.

GABRIELLA WHITE

Gabby White is often the first point of contact when you call the MDRE office, and enjoys the opportunity to help MDRE’s range of clients with their real estate needs.

Originally from Adelaide, Gabby is now a genuine Melbournian with her own home, and is ideally situated to advocate on behalf of MDRE’s clients and customers. Her experience in both the travel and real estate industries has resulted in a profound understanding of the importance of prioritising customers, with her abilities recognised with a Thomas Cook High Achiever Award.

Caring, determined and fun loving, Gabby admires people who have a positive outlook on life and treats others with respect. She endeavours to incorporate these attributes into her working day. When not manning the office at MDRE, Gabby enjoys traveling, being outdoors, eating out and shopping with friends
