Melanie Dennis Real Estate has been excellent. Recently I purchased an apartment in a fantastic new complex. Melanie had tenants settled within a few days of settlement. By contrast, weeks after, I received an email from the large corporate manager of most of these apartments, asking their clients to be patient while three agents searched for tenants for them!
