Selling

Before you list your property to sell……

ask yourself:

Is my real estate agent Domain Approved?

At Domain Property Advocates our job is to help you select a selling agent that is hardworking, honest and ethical. We guide you through the steps below to make sure your interests are protected and you achieve the best possible result with the sale of your property.

This is the best part – there is no additional cost. The normal fees negotiated with the agent you choose is all you will pay.

Thats right. There is no additional cost to use our service.

How we help you

1

Appraise

We will organise for approved local selling agents to inspect your property and prepare reports. These reports will indicate suggested method of sale, approximate market value, recent comparable sales and proposed marketing costs.

2

Select

We will compile the agents reports, answer any questions you have and help you make a decision as to who is best suited to for your property.

3

Market

Once all the preparation is completed and your property is ready to be marketed for sale we will oversee your campaign and receive weekly progress reports from the agent. You will be kept fully informed about the interest in your property and updated after every inspection.

4

Sold

Once an offer is accepted and contracts have been exchanged, we will make sure the transition to settlement is as smooth as possible.

The fee for our service is paid to us by the agent. A standard arrangement in the real estate industry between agents.

As Domain Property Advocates continues to grow I will continue to provide superior service to those choosing to use property as their investment. It is an important choice of who to choose as the one responsible to look after your property. You can be sure that Domain Property Advocates will always strive to be the best.
